Return & Refund Policy – Mega Finds

1. Return Eligibility

Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Personal care or hygiene products (if opened)

3. Return Process

  • Clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Refunds are usually issued through bank transfer, mobile wallet, or store credit, depending on the original payment method.

  • If the product was damaged or incorrect, Mega Finds will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
